WhatsApp autosending

Automatic WhatsApp notifications allow you to send messages without opening the Masters app. This feature is included in selected plans and does not require any additional payment if you already have an eligible active plan.

Automatic notifications are sent via the official WhatsApp Business API from the official MasterUP WhatsApp profile. You don’t need to link your WhatsApp account.

Connecting WhatsApp

To enable WhatsApp notifications:

1. Tap the button with the WhatsApp icon under Other → Profile & Settings → Client Reminders → WhatsApp autosending.
2. Turn on the Send notifications toggle.
3. Done. Notifications will now be sent to your clients automatically via WhatsApp.

Important information about automatic WhatsApp notifications

1. Automatic notifications are sent from the official MasterUP WhatsApp profile.
2. Notification templates are fixed and cannot be edited.
3. You do not pay for each individual notification — they are already included in your plan.
